At Joly Eyewear, we are committed to providing high-quality, premium eyewear. Our customer-first policy ensures a smooth and hassle-free experience for exchanges and returns on frames and prescription lenses.

Returns & Exchanges

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you have 14 days from the date you placed your order to request an exchange or return.

Important Note on Frame Adjustments

Your frames may require professional adjustments for a perfect fit. Joly Eyewear is not responsible for any adjustments made after delivery or for any damage that may result from these modifications. All eyewear is delivered in new condition and Standard Alignment.

Exchanges

We offer a one-time exchange to help you find the perfect fit. If you choose to change your frame or lens style, any price difference will be either charged or refunded accordingly.

Returns

 • Frames: If you choose to return your frame without exchanging it, a 10% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.

 • Prescription Lenses: Since prescription lenses are custom-made, they cannot be refunded. If your doctor changes your lens prescription within 7 days, we will remake the new lenses at a 50% discount. This policy ensures we maintain the highest standards of quality and personalisation for your eyewear.

How to Request a Return

 1. Contact us on WhatsApp at +233502220174 within 7 days of receiving your order to initiate a return.

 2. Once your return request is approved, you must return the item within 7 days of receiving the authorisation.

 3. Include a copy of your order invoice with your return. All original packaging, documentation, accessories, and manuals must be returned with the product.

Return Conditions

 • Eyewear must be in its original condition.

 • If the returned eyewear is damaged, a refund may be denied or issued as partial store credit.

 • Refunds are typically processed within 1-2 business days after we receive your return. The refund will be issued to your original form of payment.

Shipping & Liability

 • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method, as Joly Eyewear is not responsible for lost or damaged returns.

 • If your return is approved under warranty, Joly Eyewear will cover the costs of delivering your replacement or repaired item.
