Refund policy
At Joly Eyewear, we are committed to providing quality eyewear products. Our customer-first policy ensures a smooth, hassle-free experience for returns and refund of frames and prescription lenses.
1. Returns
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you have 14 days from the date you placed your order to request a return.
We do not accept returns on discounted items, sale items or gift cards.
1.2 Damages and defects
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
2. Exchanges
We offer a one-time exchange to help you find the perfect fit. If you choose to change your frame style, any price difference will be either charged or refunded accordingly.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
3. Refund
Refunds are not offered on completed prescription lenses, customized products, or used eyewear.
Refunds may be considered only if:
- Joly Eyewear is unable to fulfill an order after payment.
- A verified manufacturing defect exists and replacement is unavailable.
Approved refunds will:
- Be processed to the original payment method.
- Exclude delivery, logistics, or service fees already incurred.
- Incur a 1% transaction fee charge.
4. Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
