After we verify your prescription, your lenses will be assembled and dispatched within 72 hours. High-index lenses will be dispatched after 3 weeks.
Yes! If you notice any errors or need to update your prescription, contact Joly Eyewear immediately after placing your order. We will also contact you to verify and confirm your prescription details. Once lens production begins, changes cannot be made.
If you're not a member, the full payment is required upfront before lens production begins, since each pair is custom-made. If you're a Joly Eyewear member, you can spread the cost over monthly instalments through our Eyewear Subscription Plan.
Absolutely! During the ordering process, you can select features like blue‑light blocking, photochromic (light‑adaptive), and anti-reflective coatings. All our lenses are designed with free UV protection.
We guarantee accuracy on all prescription lens orders. If your lenses are uncomfortable, blurry, or incorrect, return them within 14 days for a free remake. If your prescription is changed within 30 days, we will remake the lenses at a 50% discount. Contact our Customer Support, and they’ll walk you through shipping and replacement details.
