Order Processing
Most orders are processed within 1 business day after payment confirmation.
Because prescription eyewear is custom-made specifically for you, orders that include prescription lenses require additional production time.
Depending on your prescription complexity, processing may take between 3 and 14 business days.
Orders are processed Monday through Saturday. We do not process or deliver orders on Sundays or public holidays.
If we experience unusually high order volumes or delays beyond our control, we will contact you promptly with an updated expected time of arrival.

Delivery Coverage
We deliver nationwide across Ghana.
Standard Delivery
Standard delivery is available within Accra and most regional capitals.
Depending on your location, your order may be delivered directly to your address or made available for collection at a designated courier office.
Outside Regional Capitals
Deliveries to towns and communities outside regional capitals may require an additional 1–2 business days in transit.
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery period, please contact our support team and we will gladly assist.
Shipping Confirmation & Order Updates
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation message via WhatsApp containing your delivery details.
For prescription orders, our team may contact you to verify prescription information before production begins. This helps us ensure prescription accuracy and provide the best possible vision experience.
International Shipping
We currently ship to selected countries worldwide.
International shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on destination and package weight.

Customs, Duties & Taxes
For international orders, customs duties, taxes, and import fees imposed by your country are the responsibility of the customer.
Joly Eyewear is not responsible for customs delays or charges incurred after shipment.
Damaged or Lost Deliveries
We carefully inspect and package every order before shipment.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photos of:
- The damaged product
- The packaging
- Any visible shipping damage
Please retain all packaging materials until the issue has been resolved.
If your package is lost during transit, our team will work with the courier partner to investigate and provide the best possible resolution.
