Eyewear Guarantee Policy

Joly Eyewear is committed to selling high quality, premium products. At the moment, we offer a 3-month warranty guarantee for frames within our premium collection only. If you notice any defects in your frames that are covered under our warranty, we will repair or replace your frame free of charge, as long as it is returned to us within 90 days of purchase.

What does our warranty cover?

In the 90-day period, Joly Eyewear will repair or replace, at no charge, frames or frame parts that proves defective because of improper material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance.

Parts considered include:

  • Stripped screws
  • Broken nosepad posts
  • Broken or loose hinges
  • Oxidation or discoloration

What will we do to correct problems?


Joly Eyewear will either replace or repair the frames at no charge, using new or refurbished replacement parts.

How long does the coverage last?


The Warranty Period for Premium Frames purchased from Joly Eyewear is 90 days from the date of purchase. A replaced frame or part assumes the remaining warranty of the original purchased frame.
What does this limited warranty not cover?

Frames are not warranted against accidental breakage. We will use our discretion in determining whether the damage was a result of a defect or breakage and the manufacturer will have the final say.

Warranty does not cover lenses.

Please do NOT attempt to repair eyewear yourself. We will not accept products that have been tampered with for repair/replacement under this warranty.

Delivery costs incurred in sending the faulty item to us is covered by the customer.

Joly Eyewear will however cover the delivery costs incurred in sending the replaced or repaired item to back the customer (if the warranty claim is considered valid).
