Joly Eyewear is committed to selling high-quality, premium products. Enjoy hassle-free Exchanges and Returns with our customer-first policy for frames and prescription lenses!

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, You have 14 days after RECEIVING your order to request an exchange or return.

Please note: Your frames may need to be adjusted by a professional. Joly Eyewear is not responsible for the fit of your eyewear or any damage resulting from adjustments made after receiving them. Your eyewear will be delivered in new condition and Standard Alignment.

Exchanges: We offer a convenient 1-time exchange, ensuring you find the perfect fit.  Please note, that if changing your Frame and/or Lens style, any price variances will be charged or refunded accordingly.

Frame Returns: Should you opt to return your frame without exchanging, a 10% restocking fee applies when issuing your refund.

Lens Returns: If you wish to return your prescription lenses because you are unsatisfied, we will issue a full store credit that can be used for future purchases. Since prescription lenses are custom-made to meet your specific requirements, refunds cannot be issued. This policy helps us uphold the highest standards of quality and personalization for your eyewear.

To return your eyewear, simply contact us on WhatsApp at +233502220174 to initiate a return.

No return or exchange requests will be accepted after 14 days of customer receiving their eyewear order. We also must receive your return within 7 days of issuing the Return Authorization. Please include a copy of the order invoice. Eyewear must be received in its original condition. All packaging received, including documentation, accessories and manuals must be returned with the product.

If the eyewear is damaged, it may result in a denial of a refund or a partial credit.  Refunds are normally issued within 1-2 business days of receipt back to the customer's original form of payment.

Return shipping charges are at the customer's expense. Loss or damage of products is the customer's responsibility.  We strongly encourage insuring and tracking your return.

Joly Eyewear will however cover the delivery costs incurred in sending the replaced or repaired item back to the customer (if the warranty claim is considered valid).
